AIESEC exchanges
Global Talent (GTa) is one of the programs offered by AIESEC, which is an opportunity for young people to develop leadership qualities and progress in their careers while living a cross-cultural professional experience. Through this program, exchange participants intern in a company abroad and gain practical work experience.
Requirements
Our Global Talent opportunities target primarily youth between 18-30 years of age who are qualified and willing to have professional working experiences related to BA, F$, MKT, IT, Engineering, or Business Development. The specific conditions to apply for a Global Talent exchange depend on the opportunity provided by the country where the exchange is taking place. This project may last from a minimum of 6 or 8 weeks to a maximum of 78 weeks, depending on the opportunities.
