- registration application for voting in the embassy/consulate, in which voters need to state their personal details, including proof of identity (ID card or a passport information); indicate the foreign country they are living or temporarily stayin in and enter current address.

European Parliament elections
Lithuanian citizens who reside abroad have the right to vote in European elections at the diplomatic mission and consular posts of the Republic of Lithuania, in additional polling places abroad at Lithuanian diplomatic mission or consular post, and on ships flying the flag of Lithuania. Voters may cast their votes during at least three days at each diplomatic mission or consular post. Voters abroad who cannot come to the Lithuanian representative office on eleciton day may vote by post.
