A little order in a small city. There are no various cultural and artistic activities, but they are available at a sufficient level. The attitude of the professors and Erasmus+ Office staff to the visiting students was very good. At the same time, young people are very friendly and inclusive. They never hesitated to introduce Bulgaria and its culture to us. I have also visited various cities in Bulgaria and I think it is a country with the potential to leave a good experience for Erasmus.
Additional testimonial
I stayed in a university dormitory and the dormitory part was terrible. We had a lot of trouble with cleaning and heating. They had no tolerance towards Erasmus students and it was difficult to get along because they did not know a foreign language. They also had a tendency to charge extra money from Erasmus students.
Between February and July, I stayed in a dormitory in the city of Blagoevgrad within the scope of Erasmus study mobility, and during the winter months, the heating was turned on for only 2 hours a day, and we could only access hot water for an hour a day.
In short, it was very unsuccessful in the dormitory and left me with bad memories.
