Moving to Göteborg for my Erasmus+ semester was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first week, I felt welcomed—not only by the city’s beautiful canals, cosy cafés, and friendly atmosphere, but also by the incredible community built by ESN Göteborg and international community at Chalmers.
I loved exploring Sweden’s stunning nature, biking through parks, and watching sunsets at the harbour. But the most unforgettable part was the people I met—students from all over the world who quickly became like family. Together we discovered Swedish traditions, joined fika sessions, danced at student events, and created memories that will stay with us forever.
Göteborg taught me more than academics—it gave me confidence, independence, and several joyful moments.

At university, the study experience was completely refreshing. I loved the interactive learning environment — smaller classes, teamwork-based projects and open discussions with professors.
