Hi everyone!

My name is Cardi Luigi, and I am a recent Erasmus student from Italy.

During my exchange in Opole (Poland) I had the opportunity to meet and live alongside young people from 7+ countries. It was a truly transformative experience that opened my eyes to the value of intercultural dialogue, personal growth, and shared humanity, especially meaningful in today's divided world. I was lucky to be the only Italian there, and I suggest anyone going on mobility to stay far away from people who speak your same language and may have you same cultural background. You'll lose (for me) the main point of this experience.

To capture these emotions and perspectives, I created a short documentary, interviewing 20 of us, Erasmus students, about our experiences, lessons learned, fears before leaving our countries, and the emotions tied to living abroad.

The video aims to tell a story that goes beyond borders — a story of young Europeans learning, growing, and connecting.
If you're interested in Erasmus or in general, this intercultural experience, check it out, it's not long and it's free :)
